WaleadGoal is a technical filter. It does not grant you the right to contact anyone. That right comes from consent — a clear, recorded opt-in from the person whose number you hold.
Minimum checklist
- The person gave you the number for communication (checkout, form, written opt-in).
- You can show when and how they opted in.
- You honour opt-out quickly.
- You follow WhatsApp’s commerce and messaging rules, plus local law (including GDPR in the EU/UK and TCPA-style rules where they apply).
- You never buy scraped dumps or “fresh WhatsApp databases.”
Where a number checker fits
After consent is in place, a checker helps you avoid dead lines. It does not replace consent. Filtering a list you should not have had in the first place is still misuse — and it is banned on this platform.
