Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of WaleadGoal ("the Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to this AUP, our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Consent is mandatory

• You may only upload and contact people who were legally obtained and have provided valid consent (opt-in) to receive communications from your business.
• You must honour opt-out / unsubscribe requests promptly.
• You must be able to provide proof of consent on request.

2. Permitted use

• Data verification and list hygiene for your own, consented contacts.
• Lead management and customer relationship workflows.
• Transactional notifications, customer service and permission-based marketing to opted-in users.

3. Prohibited use

• Spam or unsolicited messaging to people who did not opt in.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech or abusive content.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, malware or any illegal activity.
• Misuse of personal data, or processing data you are not authorised to process.
• Violating WhatsApp, SMS, Email or any platform/carrier policies, or any anti-spam, telemarketing or data-protection law (e.g. GDPR, TCPA, CAN-SPAM).

4. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your contacts, content and campaigns, and for ensuring your use is lawful. WaleadGoal is a technical platform only, provides no guarantee, and accepts no liability for how the Platform or any data is used.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this AUP, with or without notice, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Continued use of the Platform means you accept this AUP.
