By creating an account and using WaleadGoal ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service — technical tool only

WaleadGoal ("we", "us", "the Company") provides a self-service technical filtering tool that checks phone numbers, profiles and email addresses against third-party messaging platforms. We do not generate, own or supply any data. Every check is performed solely at your own request, on your own basis, and at your own risk and responsibility. You decide which list to upload and which service to run; we simply execute that request and return a technical result.

2. No guarantee & "as is"

• The Service and all results are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• We make NO guarantee as to accuracy, completeness, freshness, fitness for any purpose, or that results will match any expectation. Results depend on upstream third-party platforms which are outside our control.
• You acknowledge that filtering results may be incorrect or incomplete and you accept full responsibility for relying on them.

3. Your sole responsibility

• You confirm you own or are legally authorised to process every number, profile or email you upload.
• You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and of any data/results, and for complying with all applicable laws (including anti-spam, telemarketing, privacy and data-protection laws such as GDPR, TCPA, etc.).
• We are not a party to, and bear no responsibility for, how you obtain, store, use, send to, or contact the data you process. Those actions are entirely yours.

4. Credits & payments

• The Service works on a credit basis — 1 credit = 1 number/email checked.
• Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable once a check has been run.
• If a job fails for a technical reason, the credits for that job are refunded automatically.
• Prices may change; the price shown at the time of an order applies to that order.

5. Acceptable use

• You must own or be authorised to process the data you upload.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam, telemarketing and data-protection regulations.
• Reselling, abuse, fraud, or use for illegal purposes may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Data & retention

Uploaded lists and results are stored only as long as needed to deliver the Service and are auto-deleted after the retention period. You are responsible for downloading your results in time.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Upstream third-party provider outages may delay or prevent results, and we are not responsible for such interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaleadGoal, its owners, operators, employees and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, or any other loss whatsoever, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or the results it produces — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service. In any event, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific check in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WaleadGoal and its owners, operators and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) the data you upload or process; (c) how you use any results; or (d) your breach of these Terms or of any law. This obligation survives termination of your account.

10. No claims & waiver

You expressly acknowledge that you use the Service entirely on your own basis and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you irrevocably waive and release WaleadGoal and its owners and operators from any and all claims, causes of action, legal notices or proceedings of any kind relating to the accuracy of results, the use or misuse of any data, or any outcome connected with the Service. You agree not to commence or support any legal action, complaint or notice against the Company or its owners in connection with the filtering results or your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Independent relationship

You are an independent customer using a self-service tool. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, employment or joint-venture relationship. The Company has no involvement in, knowledge of, or responsibility for your business, campaigns or communications.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
